A free web app that helps students from Nepal prepare for their UK visa (UKVI) credibility interview. It turns a student’s profile, offer letter and CV into tailored questions, model answers and a risk check in under a minute. It started as a hobby project and now serves about 40 students a day.

What I did
  • Built and launched the whole product on my own as founder: the idea, the experience, the build, the launch and ongoing improvements.
  • A single-page form where students fill in their profile in five short sections and optionally add an offer letter and CV by pasting text or uploading a PDF, DOCX, JPG or PNG.
  • A report with 15 to 25 questions across the six areas UKVI officers probe, about 150-word model answers built from the student’s own facts, and six risk checks rated low, medium or high with a suggested fix for each.
  • Document reading that turns PDFs and Word files into text and uses AI to read photos and scans.
  • A prompt and guardrails written from a UKVI interview specialist’s point of view: it never invents figures or promises a visa, encourages honest answers, and each report is checked for completeness and retried once if needed.
  • Live progress while a report generates, so students see what is happening during the 30 to 60 seconds.
  • Privacy by design: no accounts, no database, reports stay in the browser, and students give clear consent before details are sent to the AI providers.
  • A marketing site with how-it-works, features, FAQ and pricing, free while in beta, plus a version for consultancies preparing many students.
